Sales Managers first. This is the entry point at Zibuke OnCall. There are two paths: (1) external candidates apply here and walk the 45-package Accountability Assessment — the same path the reps they will manage will walk; (2) a current Sales Representative who has hit above 5 packages/month for 5 consecutive months is auto-promoted by the master (no form needed). Once a Sales Manager is confirmed, a team of 5 Sales Representatives is hired for them. Sales Representative roles open after a manager is hired and a team is being built. District Manager / Provincial Department Head / Managing Director are internal promotions from Sales Managers. Technicians and Drivers are now open — complete 20 repairs or 30 jobs respectively through the Accountability Assessment.
